The Smart Way to Find a Party Bus in Thousand Oaks
Simivalleypartybuscompany.com is not a bus company. It does not own vehicles, it does not take bookings, and it does not operate transportation. It is a quote-comparison website — the fastest way for a trip planner in Thousand Oaks to see what the network has open for their date, their group size, and their budget, without calling fifteen companies one at a time.
Here is how it works: enter your trip details into the quick online form — date, headcount, pickup and drop-off — and within seconds, you'll see pricing and vehicle options from a network of bus companies serving Thousand Oaks and the surrounding Conejo Valley. Different vehicle types, different amenities, different price points. No account required.
Free to use. And if you'd rather talk it through with a person, the phone line at 805-864-8330 is there any time, any day. No obligation, no pressure.
Just pricing for your actual trip, fast.
That's the whole point — make finding the right bus as quick and easy as possible, so you can stop researching and start planning the part of the trip you're actually excited about.

Available Onboard Bus Amenities in Thousand Oaks
The right bus depends entirely on what your group's night — or day — actually looks like. A 25-passenger party bus heading to a birthday night in Westlake Village typically comes with wraparound perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, a premium sound system with Bluetooth, flat-panel TVs, and a full-length bar setup. A 15–35 passenger minibus is the right call for wedding guest shuttles between the hotel block near the 101 and a ceremony venue in the Conejo Valley hills — powerful A/C, reclining seats, and enough room to stay comfortable on the drive.
For larger groups heading to a corporate conference or a stadium event at SoFi, a 56-passenger charter bus brings undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms, so there's no reason to stop. Amenities vary by vehicle, but comparing them side by side takes about thirty seconds on this site.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats

Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. To confirm the exact amenities included with a specific vehicle offered for your trip, call 805-864-8330 before booking.

Compare & Find the Right Party Bus in Thousand Oaks
Because you're not looking to describe your trip over and over to a dozen different voicemails. The typical process — call a company, find out they don't have availability, call the next one, wait for a callback, compare quotes that don't line up — takes hours. This takes about sixty seconds.
Simivalleypartybuscompany.com pulls options from a large network of bus companies serving Thousand Oaks and the broader Ventura County and LA area so you can compare vehicle types and rates in one place, on your schedule, any time of day. You're not locked into a single fleet. You're not paying a premium for the first company that picks up the phone.
You see the options, compare what fits, and go from there.
And because this is a comparison site, not a single operator, the range of vehicles is genuinely wide — everything from a Sprinter limo for a bridal party pickup at the Hyatt Regency Westlake to a full charter bus for a corporate offsite heading down the 101. Whatever the size of the group, whatever the occasion, call 805-864-8330 or use the quote tool and find out what's available for your date right now.
Group Transportation Services Available in Thousand Oaks
From airport transfers and game-day shuttles to wedding transportation, bachelorette nights, concert runs, corporate shuttles, and field trips — whatever puts your Thousand Oaks group on the road, there's a vehicle in the network for it. Call 805-864-8330 and tell us what you're planning.

Thousand Oaks Airport Shuttles & Transportation
The Conejo Valley sits squarely between two major airports, and neither one is a stress-free drive when you've got a group. Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) (2627 N Hollywood Way, Burbank, CA 91505) runs about 35 miles southeast of Thousand Oaks — manageable in off-peak traffic, but the 101 to the 134 turns into a crawl during morning and afternoon rush windows. LAX sits roughly 45 miles south, and the 405 corridor is notorious on any day without a calendar excuse.
On holiday weekends, the backup starts before the Camarillo outlets.
A Thousand Oaks airport shuttle through this site puts the whole group on one vehicle — no coordinating multiple cars across two different terminals, no fighting over who drives, no $40-a-day long-term parking that quietly adds up on a week-long trip. Everyone loads together at one Thousand Oaks pickup, and the group lands at the correct terminal curbside. Read more about the Burbank airport pickup and drop-off process in the BUR shuttle guide.
Call 805-864-8330 to get a quote for your airport run.

Thousand Oaks Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Thousand Oaks bachelorette night that stays purely local has real options — wine tasting in the Conejo Valley, dinner in Westlake Village, then a bar run along Thousand Oaks Boulevard. But the groups that want to go bigger tend to head either up the 101 toward Santa Barbara wine country or south toward Hollywood and West Hollywood for a full night out. Both routes work.
Neither one is the right time for someone in the group to be designated navigator.
A Thousand Oaks bachelorette party bus in the 20–28 passenger range gives the whole group wraparound seating, Bluetooth sound, LED lighting, and a flat-panel TV setup for the ride — and keeps everyone together from the first stop to the last. Party buses in that size range run roughly $275–$375 per hour on weekends. Compare options and get a real quote for your date by calling 805-864-8330 or using the online form now.

Thousand Oaks Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival changes the whole energy of a milestone birthday — and Thousand Oaks has no shortage of venues that feel the part. Sweet 16s and quinceañeras regularly book halls and event spaces across the Conejo Valley, and a Thousand Oaks birthday party bus that pulls up in front of the venue is genuinely one of the best entrances a 16-year-old can make.
For adult milestone birthdays — 30s, 40s, 50s — the usual move is a dinner reservation in Westlake Village followed by a night heading west toward Camarillo or east toward Calabasas, or a full run into the city. A 25-passenger party bus covers a group of 20 comfortably, with room to celebrate on the ride rather than waiting until everyone arrives. Weekend rates for a 25-passenger bus run roughly $275–$375 per hour.
Fill out the online form or call 805-864-8330 to see what's available for your date.

Thousand Oaks Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza (2100 E Thousand Oaks Blvd, Thousand Oaks, CA 91362) is the Conejo Valley's main stage — a 1,800-seat venue that books Broadway tours, major comedy acts, and orchestral performances throughout the year. Parking on the surface lots off Thousand Oaks Boulevard fills fast on sellout nights, and the streets around the venue back up as early as 45 minutes before curtain on big shows.
For bigger productions, groups regularly charter buses down to the Hollywood Bowl or out to the Forum in Inglewood. The Hollywood Bowl's lot system is notoriously congested on sold-out nights — charter buses use designated commercial drop-off areas near the Highland Avenue approach, keeping your group clear of the general parking scramble. A Thousand Oaks concert bus rental handles the full round trip: pickup at your Thousand Oaks address, drop-off at the venue entrance, and a confirmed return pickup time so nobody's standing in the rideshare line at midnight.
Call 805-864-8330 to compare rates for your show date.

Thousand Oaks Corporate Event Transportation
Thousand Oaks is home to several major corporate campuses — Amgen's global headquarters sits at One Amgen Center Drive, and the surrounding Conejo Valley tech and biotech corridor generates steady demand for employee shuttles, conference transfers, and offsite event transportation. When a team offsite lands at the Hyatt Regency Westlake (880 S Westlake Blvd, Westlake Village, CA 91361) or a conference runs downtown at a venue on Thousand Oaks Boulevard, getting a full department there without asking everyone to drive separately makes the whole morning run cleaner.
A minibus is a strong fit for executive transfers and smaller team groups — easy to load quickly, maneuverable in corporate campus drop-off lanes, and climate-controlled for a presentable arrival. For larger events where 40 or more employees are moving at once, a Thousand Oaks corporate charter bus covers it in one vehicle rather than a five-car caravan. Call 805-864-8330 to discuss a package for your next company event.

Thousand Oaks Private Event Transportation Services
Family reunions, retirement parties, church retreats, multi-stop birthday itineraries — the common thread is a group that needs to get somewhere together and doesn't want to manage a caravan. Thousand Oaks is a natural staging area for a lot of these: the Conejo Valley sits close enough to Malibu, Santa Barbara, and downtown Los Angeles that a private charter bus itinerary can realistically hit multiple destinations in a single day.
A 40–56 passenger Thousand Oaks private charter bus is the right vehicle when the group is large enough that splitting it means losing people mid-itinerary — onboard restrooms and undercarriage luggage storage on full-size coaches make longer hauls genuinely comfortable. For a tighter group of 15–25, a minibus or mid-size party bus keeps everyone together without paying for 56 seats. Call 805-864-8330 to match the vehicle to your headcount and your itinerary.

Thousand Oaks Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in Thousand Oaks — Westlake High, Newbury Park High, Thousand Oaks High, and the other Conejo Valley schools — runs primarily in April and May, and all of them book within roughly the same six-week window. Demand for party buses across Ventura County spikes hard during that stretch. Availability on the most popular prom weekends tightens months in advance, and rates reflect it — a party bus booked in December for a May prom will almost always cost less than the same vehicle booked in March.
For prom: book by December. That's not a suggestion — it's the difference between getting your first choice at a reasonable rate and scrambling for whatever's left at a premium. The same calendar pressure applies to homecoming, though the fall window gives a little more flexibility.
A Thousand Oaks prom bus rental can be quoted in under a minute at 805-864-8330. Call as soon as the date is confirmed.

Thousand Oaks School Event & Field Trip Transportation
The Conejo Valley Unified School District operates schools across Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, Westlake Village, and Oak Park — and field trip transportation for any of them into Los Angeles quickly turns into a logistics problem when carpooling is the plan. The 101 toward Hollywood, the 118 toward the San Fernando Valley, and surface streets into Malibu all carry real congestion risk on weekday mornings. A charter bus consolidates the whole class into one vehicle with overhead storage for bags and A/C for the ride.
Popular destinations from Thousand Oaks schools include the Universal Studios Hollywood trip, natural history outings to the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area, and STEM field trips into the city. For longer runs, onboard restrooms on full-size charter buses eliminate the pit-stop problem entirely. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — just mention it when you request a quote.
Call 805-864-8330 or fill out the form to get started on a Thousand Oaks school field trip bus.

Thousand Oaks Sporting Event Transportation
The two major stadium runs from Thousand Oaks are SoFi Stadium in Inglewood for Rams and Chargers games, and Dodger Stadium in Elysian Park for baseball. Both are a genuine parking and traffic problem on game days — and both become dramatically worse when a Thousand Oaks group is trying to coordinate arrival timing across multiple vehicles.
SoFi Stadium (1001 S Stadium Dr, Inglewood, CA 90301) requires prepaid parking, lots fill well before kickoff, and the post-game exit on the 405 is one of the most reliably brutal in Southern California. A charter bus drops your group at the venue and has a confirmed pickup time — so the post-game plan is handled before anyone even takes a seat. Read the full breakdown at the SoFi Stadium bus guide.
For Dodger Stadium, the preferred charter bus approach uses Academy Road into the reserve and top deck lots — verify current game-day access on the official Dodger Stadium transportation page before your visit. Call 805-864-8330 to get a Thousand Oaks game-day charter bus quote now.

Thousand Oaks Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Conejo Valley weddings are frequently split across two or three locations — a hotel room block in Westlake Village, a ceremony venue in the hills, and a reception somewhere along the 101 corridor. Asking guests to navigate that sequence on their own, particularly out-of-town guests unfamiliar with Thousand Oaks roads, guarantees stragglers and delays. A Thousand Oaks wedding shuttle bus runs a clean circuit between the hotel block and the venues — departures timed to your schedule, not the other way around.
A 15–35 passenger minibus handles most wedding guest shuttles cleanly: easy to load at a hotel loading area, comfortable seating for guests in formalwear, and maneuverable enough for the narrower access roads near some of the valley's hillside ceremony venues. For the bridal party itself, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo is a strong upgrade — weekday rates run $200–$325 per hour, weekends $225–$350. Call 805-864-8330 to put together a full wedding transportation package for your date.

Thousand Oaks Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Conejo Valley is closer to serious wine country than most people realize. Malibu wine country — the Santa Monica Mountains AVA — sits less than 30 miles south of Thousand Oaks, with tasting rooms along Mulholland Highway and Cornell Road that are genuinely difficult to reach without a vehicle and genuinely dangerous to drive between on your own. Rosenthal – The Malibu Estate Vineyard (29000 Newton Canyon Rd, Malibu, open weekends) is a popular stop, as is Santa Barbara wine country for groups willing to make a day of the 101 north.
A Thousand Oaks winery tour bus solves the obvious problem — everyone gets to taste, nobody has to stay sober to drive Mulholland at dusk — and keeps the group together across every stop rather than splitting into who-stays-sober rotations. Minibuses in the 15–25 passenger range work well for most wine tour groups; compare options and get a quote by calling 805-864-8330 or filling out the form now.

How much does a party bus cost in Thousand Oaks?
As a planning baseline: a 15–35 passenger minibus runs roughly $200–$275 per hour on weekdays; a 25-passenger party bus runs about $275–$375 per hour on weekends; a full 56-passenger charter bus typically falls between $200–$350 per hour. Per-day rates vary — see the party bus prices page for a fuller breakdown. Real pricing shifts with your date, vehicle, and total hours, so fill out the form or call 805-864-8330 to get a quote specific to your actual trip.

Yes. The network covers one-way trips, round-trips, and multi-stop itineraries across the greater Los Angeles and Ventura County area. Groups regularly use this site to book transportation from Thousand Oaks to SoFi Stadium, Dodger Stadium, Hollywood, Santa Barbara wine country, LAX, and Burbank Airport.

What is the difference between a party bus and a charter bus for a Thousand Oaks group?
A party bus prioritizes the onboard experience — wraparound seating facing inward, LED lighting, a sound system, and a bar setup. It's built for celebrations where the ride itself is part of the event. A charter bus prioritizes capacity and comfort for longer distances — forward-facing reclining seats, overhead storage, undercarriage luggage bays, and onboard restrooms on most full-size models.
For a bachelorette night hitting three stops in Westlake Village, a party bus is the right call. For a 50-person corporate group heading to a downtown LA conference, a charter bus makes more sense. Not sure which fits?
Call 805-864-8330 and describe the trip — the answer usually becomes obvious quickly.
How do I know which vehicle size to book for my group?
Count your confirmed headcount first, then add a small buffer for last-minute additions. A 25-passenger party bus comfortably fits 20–22 with room to move; a 40-passenger bus works for groups in the 32–38 range; a 56-passenger charter bus is the right call for anything larger. Overshooting by one size usually costs less than people expect — and undershooting means someone doesn't have a seat.
When in doubt, call 805-864-8330 with your headcount and the team can recommend the right fit.
Can I get a bus for a wine tour that includes stops in Malibu wine country?
Yes. Malibu wine country — the tasting rooms and vineyards along Mulholland Highway and the Santa Monica Mountains — is a popular run from Thousand Oaks, roughly 25–30 miles south. The access roads through the mountains are narrow and winding, which makes a minibus the smarter choice over a full-size charter bus for most wine tour routes.
A 15–25 passenger minibus navigates those roads comfortably and keeps the whole group on one vehicle between stops. Get a quote for your wine tour by filling out the form or calling 805-864-8330.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Thousand Oaks trips, booking four to eight weeks out secures good availability and competitive pricing. For prom season (April–May), book by December — the Conejo Valley school prom window is tight and buses fill fast. For holiday weekends, New Year's Eve, and any date that coincides with a major event at SoFi Stadium or the Hollywood Bowl, six to eight weeks minimum.
The earlier you call, the more options you have. Call 805-864-8330 as soon as your date is confirmed.
Popular Thousand Oaks Party Bus Destinations
Thousand Oaks groups head everywhere from the Civic Arts Plaza downtown to SoFi Stadium, Malibu wine country, and the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. Here's what's worth knowing about getting a bus to each of them.

Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza
The Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza (2100 E Thousand Oaks Blvd, Thousand Oaks, CA 91362) is the Conejo Valley's largest performing arts venue — a two-theater complex that seats up to 1,800 in the Fred Kavli Theatre. It books Broadway touring productions, major stand-up acts, and the Conejo Symphony throughout the year. Surface parking on the adjacent lots off Thousand Oaks Boulevard is free but fills on sellout nights, and the ingress on E Thousand Oaks Blvd backs up 30–40 minutes before curtain on big shows.
A charter bus drops your group at the venue entrance on the north side and coordinates a post-show pickup time so nobody's standing in a post-curtain parking jam. See the full guide at rent a bus to the Civic Arts Plaza. Phone: (805) 449-2787.

Ronald Reagan Presidential Library & Museum
The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum (40 Presidential Dr, Simi Valley, CA 93065) sits on a 100-acre hilltop site just east of Thousand Oaks in Simi Valley, with sweeping views of the Conejo and Simi valleys. It draws over 400,000 visitors annually and houses Air Force One (SAM 27000), the only publicly displayed Air Force One in the world. The access road — Presidential Drive off Madera Road — is a steep, winding two-lane climb with no street parking near the summit.
For large groups, buses use the main drop-off circle at the museum entrance; the lot accommodates oversized vehicles with advance coordination. Read the full group transportation breakdown at the Reagan Library bus guide.

SoFi Stadium
SoFi Stadium (1001 S Stadium Dr, Inglewood, CA 90301) is a 45–50 mile drive from Thousand Oaks depending on the route, and the 405 south through the Sepulveda Pass is the chokepoint. On Rams and Chargers game days, the 405 corridor slows to a crawl by early afternoon for a 4:00 PM kickoff. Stadium parking requires advance purchase — day-of lots are not guaranteed — and the post-game exit on the 405 northbound is reliably one of the worst in Southern California.
A charter bus from Thousand Oaks drops your group at the commercial vehicle approach near the venue and has a set post-game pickup window, so the return plan is locked before kickoff. Read the full logistical breakdown in the SoFi Stadium bus rental guide.

Hollywood Bowl
The Hollywood Bowl (2301 N Highland Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90068) is one of the most popular charter bus destinations from the Conejo Valley, and for good reason — the parking situation is genuinely daunting for first-timers. Bowl lots require advance purchase, fill early on major show nights, and the Highland Avenue approach backs up significantly in the hour before showtime. The Bowl does operate park-and-ride shuttle programs from remote lots on select nights, but a private charter bus from Thousand Oaks cuts directly to the commercial drop-off zone near the Highland Avenue entrance and eliminates the shuttle wait entirely.
The full route guide lives at rent a bus to the Hollywood Bowl. For summer dates — particularly July and August — buses book weeks in advance. Phone: (323) 850-2000.

Malibu Wine Country
Malibu wine country, clustered along Mulholland Highway in the Santa Monica Mountains roughly 20 miles south of Thousand Oaks, has long been a popular day-trip pull for Conejo Valley groups. Saddlerock Ranch hosted the area's best-known wine safari experience for years, but Malibu Wine Safaris has been closed with no confirmed reopening date — check current status before building a trip around it. Rosenthal – The Malibu Estate Vineyard (29000 Newton Canyon Rd, Malibu), open weekends, is a nearby working alternative along the same stretch.
Either way, Mulholland Highway is a two-lane mountain road with no roadside parking and no cell service in stretches — not ideal for a group navigating in multiple vehicles after a few glasses of wine. A 15–25 passenger minibus handles the Mulholland approach comfortably and keeps the group consolidated across every stop on a Malibu wine country itinerary. Weekend rates for a 15–35 passenger minibus run $200–$275 per hour.
Call 805-864-8330 to set up your wine tour.

Dodger Stadium
Dodger Stadium (1000 Vin Scully Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90012) is about 45 miles southeast of Thousand Oaks — an hour in light traffic, closer to 90 minutes on a weekday game night with the 101 to the 110 in full evening rush. Stadium parking runs $35 for most games (advance purchase) or $50 at the gate, and requires advance purchase for preferred lots. The preferred charter bus approach uses Academy Road — confirm current access protocols on the official Dodger Stadium transportation page before your visit, as game-day routing can change by season.
Post-game exit on the 110 and 101 adds 30–45 minutes to the return trip on a typical Saturday night. A charter bus from Thousand Oaks locks in the whole round trip so your group isn't splitting Ubers at midnight on the 110 on-ramp. Call 805-864-8330 for a game-day quote.
